Who we are
Although small in size, our company has been formed by professionals with over 40 years of cumulative experience in the Audit and Consulting Industry.
We believe that it is very important that this experience has been gained while working in a number of different companies, and serving then in a multitude of roles.
This diverse experience and the relevant knowledge and techniques we use, enable us to undertake the completion of a variety of projects in a number of service lines as these are described in the relevant section of this web site.
Mr. Dionysis Zafeiropoulos is the founder and main contact person of our company. He has been employed for more than 10 years in a multinational company where he has worked as a member and later led teams undertaking the completion of Financial Statement Audits as well as financial statements preparation. He has also been a key member and has led teams engaged in projects having to do with planning and adopting internal control procedures, internal audit reporting and also business procedures optimization. Furthermore he also has extensive experience in training professional staff both on accounting and auditing technical issues, and other soft skills such as effective communication, leadership, time management etc.
In order to provide the best service possible, he when needed, is able to draw on the experience of professionals who have worked for over 30 years in the fields of tax planning and tax advice, but who also have experience in a variety of other roles in the financial services industry
